Vacation
TSFG is committed to employees enjoying a balanced and enjoyable life, including
time off from work, whether it’s time spent with family or friends, or contributing
to our communities or favorite causes. The amount of vacation earned is based on
length of service, position and hours worked. Vacation is renewed on January 1st
of each year with employees eligible for up to 20 days per year.

Personal Holiday
There is no one more important than our employees and what better way to celebrate
them than to celebrate their birthday. Each employee may commemorate their birthday
with an additional day off!
Sick Pay
All Full time and Part-time employees working 20 or more hours a week are eligible
for sick pay after completing 90 days of employment. Sick pay replaces income when
work is missed due to an illness, injury or doctors’ appointment of an employee
or his/her dependant. A maximum of six sick days may be used in a calendar year.
Disability
Disability coverage provides partial replacement of lost wages when a FT or PT employee
working 30+ hours/week) is unable to work due to an illness or injury. Both short-term
and long-term disability insurance are provided to TSFG employees at no cost.
- Short-Term Disability (STD) provides up to 100% of salary for up to 13 weeks if
unable to work due to a non-occupational total medical disability.
- Long-Term Disability (LTD) provides partial income replacement after short-term
disability ends.
