Full Reconciliation

  • Provides a complete accounting of transaction activity on your company’s accounts.
  • You provide Mercantile Bank with an electronic file of checks issued during the reconciliation period.
  • Details of checks paid by check number, checks outstanding, status of voided checks and stop payments, and miscellaneous debits and credits are provided in your report.

Paid Item Reconciliation

  • Provides paid check data in your company’s preferred format.
  • Shows checks paid in numerical sequence with indication of missing check numbers.

Deposit Reconciliation

  • Allows your company to deposit from multiple locations or sources into a single account.
  • Specially encoded deposit tickets track each deposit by location or source.
  • Report indicates deposit detail and totals by location or source, providing simple and precise record keeping.
  • Location information is also viewable through eTreasury for immediate reconciliation.
